NOTE: Window Tinting Industry Standard Flaws – 2%

Let us know in advance if your tolerance level is below the 2%

INSTALLATION: Installation projection for the full vehicle is 2 to 3 hrs, and partial are 1hr to 2 hrs because window tinting is an art form. It is impossible to give a precise time. Our goal is to do our tint jobs within industry standards.

DISCLAIMER FOR FULL FRONT WINDSHIELD: “MUST READ”

1. A full Windshield is illegal to do.

2. Tinting a windshield takes an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to install.

3. A full Windshield can crack during the process. BTHeat will not be responsible for a crack.

4. A full windshield is extremely difficult to do, the industry standard defect is 2%. We always out-perform that. However, most windshields are not flawless. Therefore, we prefer to do a windshield for clients with a tolerance of a 2% defect.

5. To tint the full windshield, we use water during the process/installation. We are cautious but we cannot be responsible if there is a water damage.

DISCLAIMER FOR THE REAR BACK WINDSHIELD / REMOVAl. We take precaution against the following;

1. The rear windshield can be damaged (defroster line) by removing the old film. Therefore, BTHeat gives a disclaimer damage during the rear window removal process.

2. With some films it will be necessary to scrape off the damage films. Scrapping can damage the defroster lines. BTHeat will not be responsible if there is damage to the defroster line of your car.

3. Some vehicles are sensitive to water and can cause an issue with your electronics. BTHeat takes precautions with the installs but can not be responsible for damage to electronics during installation.

4. BTHeat is not liable for any sun-rot or damage that occured to vehicle speakers, plastic materials, or other components due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.

ATTENTION:

  • Rear Windshield can be damaged by removing old film. Therefore, Beat The Heat gives a disclaimer of damage during the rear window removal process.
  • Sorry, no discounts on custom-cut vehicles.
  • Beat The Heat Window Tinting is NOT LIABLE for vehicles left overnight.
  • Please check your vehicle before and after leaving.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • All decals will be removed in the tint area.
  • If you have any issues with your film, please do not remove it, as this will void the warranty. We need to evaluate the film before any removal.
  • Beat The Heat is using computerized cutting. We cut out the third brake light. If you need something different, please let us know in advance.
  • Our Augmentation service allows you to enhance your existing film by adjusting its opacity for a darker appearance. Please note that this service is provided without warranty, and we are not responsible for any outcomes post-augmentation, unless your primary film was one of our 3M Advanced Films.

 

To all customers for removal and replacement services, please contact us prior to your appointment to schedule a convenient time. The removal process requires sufficient time for preparation to prevent damage, particularly to the back windshield defogger line. Additionally, it takes overnight to ensure proper cleaning and preparation before installing the new film.
 
The removal and installation of the new film will be completed the day after your scheduled appointment to make sure thorough removal and proper installation.

  • TO ALL VIP CUSTOMER: We charge $60.00 for cancellation. REASON: PATTERN IS PRE-CUT ALREADY.
  • Prices provided via phone, email, or text are NOT FINAL until we see the vehicle  in person.

To All Our BTHEAT Customers: It is super important that you contact us ASAP if you  are going to be more than 5 minutes past your appointment.

All obstructions must be removed from the rear seat (baby seats, strollers, etc) so that we can properly tint your vehicle’s rear window. If we have to go around such items, your tint job may receive flaws that Beat The Heat will not be responsible for.
